Shopping in your freezer

Are you looking for a healthy meal, but you don’t want to spend hours over a hot stove? Is you refrigerator look bare, as if it’s a display model at the Home Depot?
Well, have no fear. I put together an out of the box quick healthy dinner right from your freezer. Most of us have an assortment of mixed vegetables, or frozen stir-fry, as well as some dried spices in your spice rack. That’s all you need for a simple healthy meal.
In approx. 10 minutes you will have a healthy meal, and didn’t have to order out. Below I listed a few things you may want to add to your preparation, and some spices to add with benefits and added flavor. Remember to use what you have, and design your meal however you choose.
Prep/Ingredients:
· Small or Medium fry pan
· 4 tablespoons of olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, or butter
· ½ cup of onions of choice
· 1 clove of garlic
Stir a few minutes until brown
Optional add-ons:
Teriyaki Sauce, Peanut Sauce, or Curry sauce.
